Welcome!

This blog is our attempt to share our latest and greatest creations from the "Cocina Jauregui".  As you know, Tom and I love to cook (and eat) and there isn't a week that goes by that we aren't busying ourselves in the kitchen. We have so many recipes that we love and people that we love to share them with, that a blog about our adventures in the kitchen seemed an obvious way to do it. Some of the recipes are old family favorites, some are new creations or variations of tried and true recipes. Either way, if it has made its way onto this blog, it's a recipe that we feel is worth sharing.
